1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or unsealed diffuser oil bottles
  • Opened, unsealead or used skincare, personal care, or beauty products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.

  • Gift cards and vouchers.

  • Customized or special-order items.


2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly delivered.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the actual returned item.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@iskinlifestyle.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization code.

  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Store Credit Option

  • Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a store credit voucher valid for 6 months to be used on future purchases.


7. Policy Abuse

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges from customers showing patterns of excessive or unreasonable returns.
