2. Shipping Options & Rates

  • We offer standard delivery and express delivery within the UAE at 25/- AED for shipments less than 3Kgs.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method and location.

  • Free delivery is available on orders above AED 300. Delivery method, payment method and location is subject to approval.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • UAE Standard Delivery: [2–3 business days]. 25/-AED for package less than 3kgs

  • UAE Express Delivery: [1 business day]. Additional fees apply.

  • International Delivery (if applicable): [5–10 business days depending on destination]

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across the UAE.

  • International shipping is available to selected countries. Please check availability at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

  • You may track your order through our courier partner’s website.


6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or if the customer is unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery.

  • If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@iskinlifestyle.com with photos for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Unsealed items will not be accepted.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
